ten79 is a brand name held by Catherine Lake since 2001 when she was a freelance public relations specialist.

She still provides support with copywriting and news release distribution today supported by a range of on-line promotion and social media consultancy services.

Cat has been working in radio production for over 20 years and has presented and produced everything from breakfast shows and topical podcasts, to news bulletins and event coverage (outside broadcasts), as well as recording and editing specialist programmes and short series.

Cat also offers her services as a freelance videographer for coverage of news stories and local attractions.  She shoots using broadcast standard SONY DVCAM equipment and is available to work alone in a fixed or mobile camera operator capacity or to gather footage for editing in.

With access to other professionals in the industry ten79 can also provide a team, with an interviewer and videographer, to record interviews out in the field.
